1. Appointments

All appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your service total. No appointments are confirmed without deposit.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be charged a no-show fee.

3. Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened service or cancellation. Please communicate with us if running behind.

4. Minors

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and must have signed consent.

​

5. Illness & Safety

If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition, or recently received cosmetic injections, please reschedule. We reserve the right to decline service for health and safety reasons.

6. Service Refusal

We may cancel or refuse any service if we believe it is unsafe, contraindicated, or inappropriate for your condition or expectations.
