All treatments are performed by licensed Advanced Estheticians. We do not offer medical services. Any procedure requiring medical supervision is conducted under the direction of a licensed medical provider, as required by Nevada law.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate, updated health and skincare information before receiving any service. HALE is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from withheld or incorrect information.

3. Payment Terms

All services require full payment at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments through our booking system. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including medical contraindications, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.

Individual results may vary. Skincare outcomes depend on skin type, consistency, homecare, and other individual factors. No guaranteed results are offered.

6. Use of Photos & Videos

Clients may be asked for permission to use before-and-after photos or videos for educational or marketing purposes. No photos will be shared without written and signed consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.
